Has anyone actually implemented AI to optimize their supply chain? I'm kicking around the idea, because we are hitting some serious bottlenecks in forecasting demand. Sales is usually way off, causing huge swings in inventory. One month we're overloaded, the next we're scrambling to fulfill orders. I'm not even sure where to begin.
